Latest News & Articles at Stralenberg Apartment Block

Unfortunately, due to major issues Stralenberg has experienced with an incompetent Body Corporate, working together with an incompetent Property Management company, sadly we do not have much good news to report. Additionally, tenants and owners who have lodged numerous legitimate complaints which have been totally ignored year after year, have had absolutely no assistance from the CSOS organisation (Community Schemes Ombud Service) which was supposed to be all for the rights of tenants and owners who are forced to pay a compulsory levy for this facility.

One just has to go to the HelloPeter.com website and all you will see are numerous complaints about CSOS, with not one good report. Recently, tenants and owners of Stralenberg lodged an appeal for assistance with CSOS against the Stralenberg Body Corporate and CSOS showed their true colours by being totally biased against the tenants & owners, by ruling in favour of the Body Corporate, despite positive proof submitted pertaining to major Safety Act Violations. They did not even bother to phone a ‘perpetrator’ of ‘ill-doing’ to reprimand them accordingly, even though they were issued with concrete proof, ample proof in black & white of the wicked act! No follow up! No cautions issued!

The (Community Schemes Ombud Service) “CSOS” is just another ‘making-money-for-doing-nothing’ racket that is evident in many Government departments. CSOS appears to be another corrupt cog in the Government’s massive wheels of corruption!
